We explore both what that individual might be experiencing, and how this might show up over the phone, in emails, video calls and your other new ways of communicating.

Looking after your wellbeing whilst working remotely: This module explores how to achieve basic needs to maintain mental wellbeing whilst working remotely. It addresses key areas of concern such as developing routine, maintaining connection and managing new workplace stressors and an introduction to resilience skills.
