Transforming Children and Young People’s Mental Health Care - Free Seminar

As society becomes more aware of the need to help our children and young people to develop good mental health and to support those who experience problems, how has mental health policy evolved and how does it influence change on the ground?  As we move from the Five Year Forward View for Mental Health and Future in Mind in to delivering the NHS Long Term Plan, join Kathryn Pugh, Deputy Head of Mental Health at NHS England to discuss the interdependencies of policy and practice, think about where we are heading and what differences we can make.

A Crash Course in Cloudspotting

A Crash Course in Cloudspotting is a 25 minute play with words and light. It tells the stories of Camden Residents who need to rest throughout the day, often in public. Audiences are invited to lie down in the gallery for 25 minutes, and to rest amidst the light show created by 30 lights. These lights are remotely triggered in real time by residents when they rest, due to pain or fatigue.

An ode to invisible disability and acts of bravery we don’t see.

North Central London Social Prescribing Event

This is a free event for anyone who wants to be involved in supporting and influencing the future of Social Prescribing in North Central London (NCL).

Over the last few months, NCL has gained momentum in the role out of social Prescribing across its five boroughs. This event aims to celebrate what has been achieved so far and build on this work by bringing people together from across the region to welcome our new PCN link workers and to plan how we can collectively grow and strengthen our social prescribing provision.
