Workplace Wellbeing During the COVID-19 Pandemic: Looking After Yourself virtual training

The session will cover the following:
  • Looking after your wellbeing whilst working remotely: This module explores how to achieve basic needs to maintain mental wellbeing whilst working remotely. It addresses key areas of concern such as developing routine, maintaining connection and managing new workplace stressors.
  • An introduction to resilience skills: This module is designed to provide you with practical resources to develop your level of resilience. We focus on four key models to support you in developing a greater tolerance to uncertainty and pressure.
