Time To Talk Day Virtual Festival

Time to Talk Day is a chance for thousands of us – schools, workplaces and communities – to join together on one day to tackle the silence and the stigma that still surround mental health. And we won’t let the fact that we can’t see each other face-to-face stop us.

That’s why we’re hosting a day of online activities that anyone can join from home. We’re creating a space where our supporters can come together and feel the power of being part of something much bigger.

Why tackling discrimination is crucial for addressing inequities in mental health and mental health services webinar

This free talk by the Anna Freud Centre will examine how discrimination experienced by both patients and healthcare practitioners may generate inequalities and perpetuate inequities in mental health and mental health services for young people and their families.  It will focus on understanding how differential and unfair treatment based on social identities and statuses create barriers between service users, practitioners and mental healthcare systems.
