Miles for Mental Health is Rethink Mental Illness' very first virtual running challenge and we would love you to join and be a part of our mission, improving the lives of people affected by mental illness. At a time where government guidelines means we have to keep our distance socially, we want to our supporters to remain close to our cause by keeping active and working towards the goal of completing a marathon distance over the course of one month, be that in your garden, round your front room, or out during daily exercise.

Royal Holloway University of London is looking for 10-15 people to take part in a one-off interview on the phone/Skype, lasting about 1 hour. The interview will explore what you know and think about nutritional interventions for low mood/depression - we are looking for all ranges of knowledge on the topic and either positive or negative views. You can take part whether you know very little about the area, or whether you know a lot.

Brain in Hand is an app that can support people to live more independently, and to get their day back on track in situations that they may find challenging. The app provides reminders of diary events/timetable, personalised coping strategies and a traffic light system to support the person in their daily life.
