Time to Talk Day 2020 brings the nation together to get talking and break the silence around mental health problems. On Thursday 6 February, Time to Change encourages everyone to choose to talk about mental health so we can end discrimination, improve relationships, and help change lives.

This year, Time to Change are using the popular game Would You Rather to help break the ice and get the conversation flowing.
