Investigating individuals' perceptions of nutritional interventions for low mood/depression

10 March 2020

What is the study?

Royal Holloway University of London is looking for 10-15 people to take part in a one-off interview on the phone/Skype, lasting about 1 hour. The interview will explore what you know and think about nutritional interventions for low mood/depression - we are looking for all ranges of knowledge on the topic and either positive or negative views. You can take part whether you know very little about the area, or whether you know a lot.

What are the benefits of taking part?

Your participation will help with the development of nutritional interventions for low mood and depression. You will also be given a £10 Amazon voucher in return for your time.

Who can take part?

We are looking for adults (18+), who speak English, and who feel they are currently experiencing low mood or depression. We do not require people to have a formal diagnosis of depression to take part but those who do can also take part.

What to do if you would like more information/like to take part?

If you are interested in taking part or would like more information to help you make a decision, please do not hesitate to contact the project researcher; Harrie Bunker-Smith at harrie.bunker-smith.2017@live.rhul.ac.uk
