People living with autism, members of the public, and healthcare professionals are invited to attend this open meeting. Come and hear about the Camden Plan for improving services for both adults and children with autism.
The meeting will also demonstrate how Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust has been listening to patient experiences, and involving people in improving mental health and substance misuse services.
Meditating with the goal of becoming more mindful, or focused on and accepting of the present, is a great way to relieve stress and ease mental health conditions like depression and anxiety. Led by British Wheel of Yoga-accredited teacher Simon Hoten, these sessions take place each Sunday at the Community Association for West Hampstead. Donations welcome.
