2018's Mental Health Awareness Week, from the Mental Health Foundation, will look at stress and how to tackle it to improve mental health.

8% of children and young people hear or see things around them that other people can't, yet only a third of these are distressed by them and seek support. This highly interactive course will explore ways of supporting them to make sense of, and manage, difficult and distressing sensory experiences.
