Time to Talk Day - 7th February 2019

7th February is Time to Talk Day - an opportunity to get people talking about mental health.  Sometimes people don't know how to talk about mental health but there are lots of ways that you can start a conversation.  Time to Change has free resources to help you to plan events that will start the conversation!  Coffee mornings, events at work, stalls, handing out leaflets - lots of ideas to help.

Living Mindfully

Life can sometimes be difficult:  we don't always get what we want, or avoid what we don't want.  And when things go wrong our reactions can cause even more suffering.  One way to approach life is to cultivate mindfulness - the practice of skilfull awareness.
