Eight-Week Mindfulness Course at the Stress Project

Mindfulness is the practise of focusing your attention on being in the present, without judgement. It is clinically proven and ideal to help improve sleep, de-stress and reduce anxiety. Free pre-course taster sessions on Wednesday 18 & 25 April, 10 am - 12 noon. £20 (non-refundable deposit required to secure a space) for the course. Spaces limited. Introducing Mindfulness

From Mind in Camden, a day of practice, exploration and reflection, suitable for hearing voices group facilitators, mental health workers and people living with voices or distressing beliefs. Led by trainer Andy PcPhee, the workshop includes mindfulness practices throughout the day and interactive exercises in pairs and small groups.
