Camden Recovery & Islington Aftercare Services is holding weekly drop-ins for anyone who is in recovery from a substance use issue, helping them access education, training, employment and volunteering opportunities. Volunteering with Camden Green Gym is a great way to meet new people, improve mental and physical wellbeing and learn new skills. Opportunities stretch across the borough, from hidden nature areas to public spaces like Primrose Hill and Regent's Park. How about trying something new in 2018? This February, on Thursday 8 and 15, the charity is hosting free hedgelaying workshops. Meet at Regent's Park Hub Café at 10:45am.
