Royal Holloway University of London is looking for 10-15 people to take part in a one-off interview on the phone/Skype, lasting about 1 hour. The interview will explore what you know and think about nutritional interventions for low mood/depression - we are looking for all ranges of knowledge on the topic and either positive or negative views. You can take part whether you know very little about the area, or whether you know a lot.

The app provides reminders of diary events/timetable, personalised coping strategies and a traffic light system to support the person in their daily life.
