Who should use this service?
At the Living Centre we recognise that a person’s health and their ability to manage it is often influenced by a range of factors beyond the scope of NHS professionals. Issues such as employment, housing, debt and social isolation have been said to account for over 50% of the determinants of an individual’s health status.
