What do we offer?
This peer support group began in April 2019 and is unique in London for being the only NHS-supported peer support group expressly for people who frame their difficulties in terms of spirituality. Group members encourage each other to improve or maintain their wellbeing by creating a monthly safe space where they can come together to get to know each other and share their stories and any spiritual, religious and cultural perspectives.
The group meets on the second Friday of the month from 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm. There is an optional mindfulness group from 2.30 pm to 3.00 pm
