Routes Home - supporting London's non-UK rough sleepers

Individual
This service is free
What do we offer?

We work with non-UK nationals that are vulnerable, and not eligible to access services in the UK to assist in getting them off the streets. The service is run by St Mungo’s and commissioned by the Greater London Authority.

If you are sleeping rough you can self-refer to Streetlink. There is also information on this site specifically for rough sleepers or those at risk of sleeping rough about how to return home.

Who should use this service?
Routes Home supports non-UK nationals that sleep rough in London. Please note that rough sleepers are not able to self-refer to this service. If you are sleeping rough or at risk of sleeping rough then you should approach your local authority housing options team for the appropriate advice and assistance. Outreach and No Second Night Out teams can call us on 020 3092 7455, or email referrals@routeshome.org.uk
