We offer recovery-focused courses and workshops. Self-management tools, to build up resilience and prevent wellbeing deterioration, are always part of each learning opportunity. We offer a range of courses falling into five topic areas: Introduction to recovery principles; Understanding experiences of health conditions; Physical health and wellbeing; Building self-confidence; and Returning to work and study.
