Chain Reaction in Town (CRiT) is a community based personal development group designed for the development and growth of disabled adults with moderate to high support and care needs.

 

Participants are encouraged to work on their personal development, identify and work on personal goals and ambitions, and develop their knowledge and skills. Service provision also includes daily facilitated group sessions, weekly 1:1 keyworker sessions, plus general information, advice and guidance. This enables choice and opportunity via a person-centred approach and emphasises inclusion.

 

Participants become part of an exciting social group who regularly access their local and wider community.
