What do we offer?
We provide assessment, treatment and on-going support to people with dementia and their families/friends. We generally see people who are over 65 years of age, but we can also see younger patients in certain circumstances.
Who should use this service?
Camden residents who are concerned about symptoms (i.e. memory) associated with dementia.
What is the referral process for this service?
To access this service you must be referred by your GP (after the initial screening tests have been completed by GP). GPs can email cim-tr.camdenmemoryservice@nhs.net
