What do we offer?

Who should use this service?
This service is available for anyone who is unable to obtain legal aid and cannot afford to pay, excluding cases that are applicable to receive public funding.
What is the referral process for this service?

Referrals are accepted from: Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB), Local MPs, Law Centre or Legal Advice Clinic.

Self referral is available by filling in the application form which can be downloaded under the header 'How to apply' found here:

Wait times and limits
Each case must be vetted first and then if accepted an appropriate barrister must be found. Wait times therefore vary.
