Discovering the Digital World: tools to improve your wellbeing

(3 sessions - 1.5 hours, 1 hour and 1 hour)
 
We live in an increasingly digital world, however many people, from all walks of life, do not have access to, or use, the internet.
 
In this course we want to go back to basics.
 
Whether you've never seen a device before or perhaps just need a bit of confidence to get going, this course is for you. We want to show you that the internet is not scary and can actually open up a whole world of different interests.
 
We will also look at ways to keep safe online and can help signpost you to apps or websites that are of interest to you!
 
Finally, we will explore online tools and resources that will help you improve your mental, physical, and general wellbeing.
