Kundalini Yoga

This workshop will introduce you to Kundalini Yoga, which is also called the yoga of awareness. You don’t have to be flexible or strong and you don’t need any prior experience of yoga. This ancient practice is designed for everyone. All you need is to come as you are, and open yourself up to a transformative experience that aims to help you increase the awareness of your body and mind and experience your full energy.
 
In this workshop you will have opportunities to engage with a mix of gentle yoga practices, including breathwork, movement, sacred sound and meditation. In each session you will be guided to explore one or two new physical postures with options to fit with your personal needs and preferences. This session is chair-based, so please bring your own yoga mat if you prefer working on a mat.

This is a stand-alone workshop that is repeated, with some variation, over three weeks. You can enrol on one or more sessions.
