Sleep - And Lack Thereof online Talk For Health session

Talk for Health's monthly Special events are an opportunity for anyone in the community to come along, learn something new, and experience talking for health.
 
The theme for this special aligns with that of Mental Health Awareness Week: Sleep (and lack thereof). Sleep deprivation is an ever growing problem in our society and is so often linked with poor mental health, such as stress and anxiety. It is now more important than ever to try and change this. By enhancing our sleep, we are strengthening our immune systems. By understanding our dreams, we are learning more about ourselves and developing our self awareness at a crucial time.
 
The first half of the session provides the opportunity to learn and discuss a topic related to improving and maintaining emotional wellbeing. The second half will introduce you to, and give you a chance to experience, some of the four key learning areas of Talk for Health.
