Citizens Advice Camden have been working to make improvements to our advice services, preparing for the new advice strategy in Camden and to address the budget pressures faced by many organisations. From 9th Septmber we will have: Increased telephone advice capacity; a new website with more online self-help materials, referral and web chat facilities; more face to face and telephone appointments; more outreach sessions in local neighbourhoods  across Camden. We will no longer offer 'walk in' sessions at Robert Street and Kentish Town. We want clients to contact us by telephone first: 0300 330 1157. We will be increasing our telephone advice and will be able to resolve more problems over the telephone.
