There are lots of ways to fit physical activity into your daily routine. With many free and low-cost options across Camden, the Council's Get active and healthy page is a great place to see what's available. Maybe your goal is to lose weight? Read about the Rebalance programme and watch the video. Or perhaps you are concerned about your health and struggling to get active? Speak to your GP or other health professional about exercise on referral, a free 12-week exercise programme. And there's Camden Active Communities, a community-based sport and physical activity project available in Somers Town and St Pancras, Regents Park, Gospel Oak and Kilburn.
