From the 'i' News: It takes around 18 months for people with eating disorders to realise they have the condition, according to research from eating disorder charity Beat. But for many people it can be far longer. Helen, from Suffolk, says she was in denial about having anorexia for years.  Read the feature by Serina Sandhu.
