Men's Wellness on the Water

'Men's Wellness on the Water' will be run by a male British Canoeing-accredited instructor and is open to all adult men, from absolute beginners to more experienced paddlers.
Kayaking and canoeing provide low-impact exercise suitable for all ability levels. Join us and over time your abs, arms, shoulders, back and core will become stronger, your stamina and cardiovascular health will improve and you’ll feel much fitter – but that’s not all!
Paddling’s also great for calming your mind and relieving the stresses of everyday life. With your mind focused on manoeuvring your boat as you glide along our beautiful stretch of the Regent's Canal, worries and tension ebb away and your feel-good hormones will start to flow!
Fortnightly from 8th May 2022
Sundays 5 - 7pm. Followed by a social and chat, bring your own snacks / drinks (alcohol-free)
£15 per single session (reduces to £10 if 2+ sessions booked at the same time) / £5 concessions (proof of eligibility required)
Pre-booking essential due to limited availability. Sessions are non-refundable / non-exchangeable.
