Understanding anger, four sessions in person

This course aims to help you develop a deeper understanding of anger, where it comes from and how it can help us rather than control us.
 
We will explore situations where anger might arise and then introduce and practise using a variety of self-awareness and selfmanagement tools and resources to help you choose to respond to anger in new ways.
 
Students must be willing and ready to engage and commit to full participation in this exciting journey.
 
In this spirit, it is required that all students for this course have a pre-course telephone conversation with one of the tutors before the course starts.
