Mindful Meditation 5 week course

In this WM College course you will explore the process of becoming fully present with your thoughts, bringing attention to your breath and an awareness of the sensations your body experiences as it moves. You will learn to pay attention to the present by noticing when your mind wanders off. Developing mindfulness can help you notice signs of stress and anxiety earlier and deal with them better. Mindful meditation can help you notice the world around you more and increase your sense of mental wellbeing.
