Men’s space

This programme aims to support and empower men to develop confidence, improve their health and enhance their feelings of wellbeing.
 
It centres around the key steps to wellbeing:
  • Connection
  • Learning
  • Being Active
  • Noticing
  • Giving
You will engage in short discussions, practical exercises and learning activities designed to increase health and wellbeing.
 
We hope you will find they assist in developing self-care, social interaction and wellbeing skills and tools.
 
This is an opportunity for men who would like to develop social and communication skills, develop confidence and enhance your wellbeing.
 
You can attend one or several of the sessions.
 
Event time 
Repeats every week 3 times.
