Overcoming fatigue

This Recovery College course will explore what fatigue is, and how we can recognise the signs in ourselves. We will be exploring some possible triggers that can worsen our day to day experience. The main focus of the course will be on discussing some common strategies and tools to cope with fatigue symptoms and better manage the impact it has on our daily lives.
 
There will be also opportunities to look at some underlying theories on the topic of fatigue and how to apply them in in your life.
 
We will discuss our own professional and lived experience with fatigue and provide some resources for you to access further support and guidance.
