The Minded Clinic's online classes

Another lock down is a rather muted way to start the new year, but all the more reason to make space for hour of gentle practices to soothe body and mind, boost energy, balance the nervous system, support immunity, and manage stress, anxiety, pain and lethargy.
 
The Minded Clinic's online classes resume tomorrow (Wednesday 6 January) at 4pm, and every Wednesday at the same time each week. Suggested donation is £5, or free if you would benefit from the gift of a free class to support you.

All are welcome - you just need comfortable clothes, an upright chair and/or yoga mat, cushions and a blanket or something to keep you warm. If you haven’t previously attended, please email mindedclinic@gmail.com in advance to introduce yourself and let us know if you have any questions or conditions that it would be helpful for us to know about.
