In our busy world, it is common to worry about the future or dwell on the past rather than live in the here and now.
In this Recovery College introductory course, through brief and simple mindfulness exercises, you will be guided to tune into the present moment to become more aware of your inner world - breath, bodily sensations, emotions, and thoughts, as well as your environment. Many people find a sense of calm and grounding when they practice mindfulness for even just five minutes a day.
