Overcoming chronic fatigue (online)

This Recovery College course will explore what “Chronic Fatigue” is, and how we can recognise the signs in ourselves. We will be exploring some of the possible causes of this condition, and particular triggers that can worsen our day to day experience.
We will be covering some common strategies and tools to deal with chronic fatigue, and better manage the impact that it has on our daily lives. We will be discussing our own professional, and lived experience with chronic fatigue, and providing some additional resources for you to access support and guidance in your local community.
