What do we offer?

Mental Health Champions are community workers or volunteers who aim to increase mental health awareness among Black, minority ethnic and refugee (BMER) groups.

They are often of a similar background or culture to the communities they work with.

Champions help to break down stigma and ignorance surrounding mental health issues by talking about mental health; delivering information, advice and guidance; raising awareness and knowledge of services through various activities including workshops, discussions and role plays.
